We are not affiliated with Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs. The official document is issued free of charge (0 UAH) directly by the government body: diia.gov.ua/. Our service is a paid support (preparation, apostille, translation, delivery), separate from the official fee.
Earnings examples
We are a private intermediary company, not a government body: we do not issue documents on behalf of the state, and advice here is not legal counsel.
Commission: 30 % of our service fee (excluding government fees). Rates: 1 USD = 41.5 UAH, 1 EUR = 45 UAH (to be confirmed by owner).

The partner programme is built for organisations that regularly work with Ukrainian nationals and need a police certificate, apostille or certified translation:
- immigration and visa agencies guiding clients through residence permits, settlement or citizenship applications;
- translation bureaus that need a reliable partner to obtain original documents from Ukraine;
- law firms and consultants handling cases for Ukrainian clients abroad;
- recruitment and staffing agencies employing Ukrainian workers abroad.
Partnership terms
Partners receive up to 15% off the standard price, depending on monthly order volume. Exact terms (percentage discount or wholesale pricing) are agreed individually after first contact.
The official government fee, where applicable, is paid separately and is not included in our service fee or the partner discount.
